SUP is good for the mind, body and spirit!
I’m new to SUP yoga…it’s something I never thought I would be able to do! But Jess really gave me the confidence I needed to try. And once you do it, you’re hooked!
Getting out on the water under my own power is so refreshing. I highly recommend 510-Waterline for any of their offerings! So good!
Mara and Jess really know their stuff. This is not just a workout! It’s a chance to be in nature, on the water, in our magnificent bay, AND stretch and strengthen. How could you say no to that?
